The Art of Silk Ribbon: Four Designs that Bloom with Texture

There’s something irresistible about silk-ribbon embroidery—the way a single twist of ribbon can bloom into a rose, curl into a leaf, or brighten a seam with quiet elegance. That allure prompted us to search past issues of PieceWork and gather four of our favorite elegant floral designs. Deanna enriches each design with notes on the flower’s symbolic meaning throughout the ages.
