DMC Color Substitutions for An Abigail Adams Pin Pillow

Sandie Cormaci-Boles crafted a delightful pin pillow inspired by Abigail Adams for the Spring 2026 issue of* PieceWork. *In case silk is not your thread of choice, we have provided DMC substitutions for the colors used in the original.

The Thread Gatherer Silk N Colors are 100 percent overdyed silk threads with variegated tonal color in each skein. Please note that the listed substitutions of solid color DMC 6-strand cotton floss may give the project a different look.
